You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use BioWellth. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
You own your health data. By uploading blood test reports or connecting wearable data, you grant us permission to process that data to provide our services. You can revoke this permission and delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Don't use BioWellth to upload data that isn't yours without the other person's explicit consent. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our functional reference ranges or AI models. Don't use automated tools to scrape or access the platform.
BioWellth is provided "as is" during the early access period. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of our interpretations. We are not liable for any health decisions you make based on information from the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (during early access, that's zero).
We may update these terms as BioWellth evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
