When you sign up for early access, we collect your name, email address, city, and age range. If you upload blood test reports, we store those files securely. If you connect a wearable through Apple Health or Android Health Connect, we receive the health data you choose to share (sleep, HRV, cycle, activity). We also collect information you log directly, like symptoms and energy levels.
Your data is used to provide functional interpretation of your blood work, power the AI companion, and generate gap analysis and test recommendations. We also use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our algorithms. We never use your personal health data for advertising or marketing.
Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal health data with third parties. We don't share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. The only exception is if we're legally required to by Indian law.
Your reports and health data are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the systems that need it to provide your results. We don't store payment information (we use third-party payment processors).
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you. You can ask us to delete everything at any time. You can withdraw consent for data processing. You can disconnect wearable integrations at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@mybiowellth.com.
